Roger Laxton is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Allen, Texas with over 20 years experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Business Operations.  After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 1988 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and obtaining his CPA license in 1990, Roger gained invaluable experience in the corporate world ranging from working as a staff accountant for small to medium sized companies to serving as Chief Financial Officer for a multi-billion dollar multi-national corporation.  Through this experience, Roger has developed the insight to assist you through a wide range of services for your company.  From the initial set-up of your business structure, to the day to day bookkeeping functions necessary to keep your business operating, to the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation process, Roger’s goal is to provide the assistance necessary to allow you to focus on what is most important to you.
